INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 – 2 pounds chicken wings
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 Jar of Conchita’s Mango Habanero salsa
1/4 cup honey
3 tbls unsalted melted butter
Chopped parsley.
To serve with:
Sour cream, blue cheese and celery sticks

INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the oven and the wings.
Preheat the oven to 425F. Pat the wings dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.
Prepare the glaze. Blend the Conchita’s Mango Habanero and the honey. Simmer together until the sauce thickens, then whisk in the melted butter. Place in a heatproof bowl.
Coat the wings and finish baking. When the wings reach an internal temp of 165F, remove them from the oven and increase the heat to 450F.
Toss the wings in the sauce and then return to the oven for a few minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with blue cheese and sour cream.
